Raising Compromise was founded in Palermo, Italy in September 2003. After many split up, the band found a stable line up in Giammimmo (drums), Skinny (Bass) and Davide (voice/guitar). To create a powerful and more melodic sound, they decided to look for a second guitar and vocalist, so on April 2006 Gianluca Schepis (Skè) becomes a Raising Compromise member. He influences considerably the new songs bringing a more melodic sound, not just hardcore.
