The melodic skate punk band Counterpunch, out of Chicago, Il, has recently finished recording a 3 song EP that is to be released out on limited edition vinyl in the coming months. The EP entitled "Bruises" was recorded with Matt Allison of Atlas Studios (Less Than Jake, The Menzingers, The Lawrence Arms, Alkaline Trio) and is being mastered by Stephon Egerton (Descendents).
